This whey is a good absorbing whey protein i take it after my workouts. The good thing is it gives you 25gms of protein in 1 scoop of 30 gms and it also contains BCAA's and glutamine for good muscle recovery and for better figestion of this protein there are digestive enzymes in it . The ratio of 1 scoop and gms protein in it is perfect for a good protein.
Mixability of protein is great mixes very quickly.
Taste is very good of this rich milk chocolate flavour.
I got this pack for trying out muscleblaze protein now will definately order a big pack.

Seriously money was my major concern, other products are very expensive, where as this guy fills the gap very well.
I have tried ON, honestly it showed result a little faster, but that is subjective. But MB was not disappointment either

Muscle blaze whey gold protein powder is good for beginners to start with. It has good taste and nice fragnance. I take the powder after my gym workouts. The rich milk chocolate flavor is great in taste. One should also take good diet with this powder to build good muscles.
